Manufacturing

Bring us a vision, sketch or concept, and our designers and engineers will work with you to turn your project into a reality. Below are a few examples of our thought process in creating a unique solution for our customers.

Milgard 3d Max

Milgard Windows came to us needing a solution which demonstrated how their new 3-D Max Window releases less heat through the glass than any standard window. After presenting several concepts, the best solution was for a customer to physically see how little heat the 3-D Max Window let through. This was demonstrated by using heat lamps under a standard window and under a 3-D Max Window. The display was designed to be eye pleasing and easy for consumers to understand. By pushing the red button to turn the heat lamps on, and putting both hands on the glass, you could feel less heat coming out of the 3-D Max glass. This clearly justified the higher cost of the 3-D Max glass, by the savings of the heat escaping the house, which in turn means more energy efficiency and a lower heat bill. This display helped Milgard increased sales of the 3-D Max Window.

Prestige Cabinets

Prestige Cabinets was looking for a display to get them into the Menards store chain, along with a display that would work for their 400 dealers. Our solution was a display that is modular for both applications. This display incorporates all their cabinet door styles, colors, wood species and allows the dealer or store to customize the contents and size of the display. Our team added a flat screen computer to capture all the customer leads, and show more selections and applications. This display was built using Prestige crown moulding, fluting and base cabinets. Their drawer boxes and glides were used in the display to demonstrate the functional ability and mechanics of their product. Creativity and innovation by our company has allowed Prestige to increase their market share.

Milgard Window Display

Dutch Boy needed a solution for a paint and stain display that could be used on concrete floors and patios. Our solution was to incorporate actual samples of the product on simulated concrete and on real wood. By having real samples of the product, the customer could touch and feel the quality and finish of the product. A touch screen was added to the display, allowing the customer to obtain more information. The screen runs on a motion sensor, with music and pictures to bring attention and help educate the consumer on the product. Overall, the look and feel of the display helped Dutch Boy broaden the market for flooring paint products.
